I was travelling with my spouse together with 2 other couples on a sight seeing trip in Italy and I made the unfortunate mistake of booking with this chain. I read some of the "not so good reviews" of the hotel and was not sure what kind of 4* hotel I'll see. The out side is not that great, but the loby is simple clean cut lines, very modern and trendy. The front desk were great they helped to find my way on the map to all the sites... more

The staff is uncaring and rude. We sat for hours awaiting a room after having a reservation for months ahead, while others walked in without a reservation and were accomadated at once. Then when we did get the room it was dark, small and noisy with a view of a lovely dumpster!!!! Never again!!! more
