We had a lovely stay of 3 nights. When our room proved too noisy, we were immediately moved to another inside room, away from traffic. The breakfast buffet was cold and basic. Very nice hotel. Excelent locatio, 10-20min walk from the Duomo. Fair and clean rooms, big loby, good breakfast. Very near from the center, 10-20min walk from the Duomo. Try making the resarvation on the internet before, you can pay much cheaper. Worth it, for sure.

Location was very practical: Easy access to public transport (trams and metro), there's nearby supermarket. and many good restaurant around. Room was very compact but efficient. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Separate bidet is a plus. Breakfast is a bit limited but still okay.
