This hotel is very clean and the rooms are a decent size with good ensuit efacilities. All of our rooms had a balcony & mini bar, although the rooms facing the main road can be noisey with traffic throughout the night. It's nice to find Best Western City which offers great value and yet so close to metro station. Room & bathroom is very spacious, many restaurants around the area. Free internet and staff are friendly & helpful to get us football tickets. more

Stayed here for 3 nights. Main reason to coming to Milan was to see a football game, so were looking for a nice affordable hotel. This hotel filled the requirements perfectly. An excellent hotel. The location is superb - you are a 30 second walk from the nearest Metro (Lima), from then on all of Milan is within 10-15 minutes. The staff are friendly and very professional - our luggage was initially missing from Milan Airport - the hotel staff kept us up to date and reassured. The luggage duly arrived.... more
