I stayed at Berna Hotel for 3 nights with my friend. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful (gave a map and such, delivered an ironing board when needed). Recently spent 4 nights at Berna Hotel. The location is great only about 5 mins from central station and bus station. The front desk were very friendly and accommodating and were eager to answer questions. Breafast was equally good and the breakfast staff were excellent - one male staff whose name I did not catch went out of his way... more

Hotel berna is very close to Central Station. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spacious, free bar in the room & coffee/tea available.the front desk staff were very helpful. the breakfast was very nice, fresh orange juice, fresh carrot juice, homemade cakes, baccon, crumbled eggs, fresh fruits, pancakes. everything was great ! more

At the conclusion of a six week trip to Europe we were looking for a relaxing final night in Milan and were fortunate in finding Berna Hotel. It was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the breakfast exemplary! Make sure you drop into the bar for a drink - very friendly barman! more

Comfortable hotel with excellent amenities and a lavish breakfast. Convenient to Metro and train station. Not my 1st choice for a first-time visit but a great base for day trips by train. Not a great area for restaurants. Parking is expensive if required. more
