Hotel is located very close to the Milan Central train station which is a plus. The area is a little seedy but we walked around the neighborhood with no issues. Stayed there for 2 nights in May, we were given a nice smallish room facing the main road. Noisy at nite hence had to close the window. Room was clean & cosy. Good breakfast selection. This hotel rates itself as four stars! It's a big mistakes! Room is ok tidy but smelly. Service is poor. It seems that they lack of manpower. Whenever i need their help, i got to wait for at least 15 mins. Receptionists are unprofessional & never show enthusiasm to serve. It's a bad experience & never recommand it to others. more
