I made the reservation last minute and was fooled by the 4-star rating on Venere.com. There were stains on the toilet seat, graffiti on the elevator door (see attached picture). The Grand Hotel Puccini has an excelent location, 5 min to Duomo by Metro or 20-30 min walking (Corso Buenos Aires, Corso Venezia are full of stores and Palazzos, providing a nice walk to Duomo).
