Hotel Agape is a charming hotel right outside the city, around the corner from the subway station. Our room was more than adequate, with comfortable beds, ample closet and storage space, and a modern bathroom. The hotel staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to answer our questions and to make sure we had everything we needed.... More

The furniture in the rooms is very old-fashioned, the wardrobe was totally broken. The personnel on the reception and breakfast ignore the English speakers. On breakfast the waiter didте want to come and offer the tea, so I needed to get up and come and ask him directly, because he was moving nearby without interest to us. We have booked... More

My wife and I had pretty high expectations for this hotel for these reviews. Unfortunately we were slightly disappointed. Pros: close to the metro stop, large enough double room (for Europe), quiet street at night time, free wi-fi, breakfast included, openable windows, good enough daily cleaning, good minibar/fridge, working a/c and heating, 24h reception. Cons: some of the personnel were... More

The hotel is located few metres from a metro station. Then is takes 15 minutes to reach the city centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable. On the other hand, the air-condition in the room is very loud. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast are good. More

The hotel building facade did not look new, the lobby area also appeared dated, and the double room we got had old furniture and fittings. However, we were very impressed that this hotel property was so well-maintained and very clean. They have a very attentive house-keeping team whom we met along the corridor. They looked so cheerful and greeted us... More

Hotel is OK, very clean with an excelent breakfast. We have a quadruple room which is very spacious. A free parking place is possible in front of the hotel. It is quite far from downtown. More

Reading over other reviews, it's true that it isn't downtown. But it's about 1 minute to the train, which is very easy to use. I'd say about 15 minutes to Duomo. We ended up putting the whole family in one room (4 people) and that was a mistake - very tight quarters. But the room was clean, the bathroom was... More

Although the hotel is not centrally located in Milan, but very close to a metro station so it is convenient. It is in a residential area, so there is not much a night life and few restaurants. The room was clean, and good for a good night sleep. More

Stayed here two nights for visit to city and san sero stadium at start of holiday. Metro only 3 mins walk for hotel and car parked on street outside hotel. Took Metor to city, great value and fast way to get to city centre( €4 for us return). Breadfast was excellent here, great choices for all and kept us going... More

I visited this hotel once before and it was quite OK (regular 3 star hotel) with perfect location. But this time even though I made reservation 3 months before my arrival, they didn't have the room for me! The staff just tell me this after my arrival late evening and moved me to another hotel, hotel ADAM, which is close... More
