This hotel was booked through a well known travel agent and on arrival the reception staff was very friendly to myself daughter and grand daughter. This is where it ends. On the positive side. The reception staff and management try very hard with what they have to work with. Reception staff are as obliging as they can be, and helpful. The price is very understated and very much to the traveller's advantage. On the not so positive side. The reality is that this is a one-and-a-half to two star hotel.... more
