This is all about location. The staff was friendly and we were upgraded to a large suite. Loved cocktails on the deck after a day of shopping. Nicely decorated, boutique option! This is not a budget hotel, but fits nicely into the Milan vibe. We were only there for two nights, but would stay there again without a doubt.

The location could not be better. The place has a nice boutique feeling to it overall. Stylish, modern, but not one of those places where you feel overwhelmed by design. This is a good, functioning and well run hotel. Polite, efficient service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was a notch up from the basic rooms, but still very small.... More

This is our fourth stay at The Gray. Every year we go to Milan, without any hesitate we choose Gray. We feel like we're at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city, but you don't hear any noise. While you're shopping, you can stop by the hotel and leave your packages... More

The Hotel is located just hundred meters from DUOMO, Milan Cathedral, in the heart of the City, easily accesible by car, Metro and/or other public transportation. Excellent decoration, very spacious rooms for a boutique hotel, polite, english speaking personell, a perfect choice for the solo, business, or couples traveller that wants to be right at the heart of this Metropolis... I visited the Gray hotel before Christmas for a business trip. staff are very friendly and professional. the rooms are decorated with small details that accentuate the premium design. it is in the city centre, close to shopping and dining district.

Small design hotel with smart taste for interior decoration. We got a free upgrade with our SLH membership, i.e. a large duplex room, with marble shower cabin. I recommend this hotel also for its ideal central situation, e.g. for sightseeing (Duomo, Scala) or shopping (Gallerie Vittorio Emanuele II, via Montenapoleone).

I was lucky enough to have this hotel room paid for by a barter deal. I arrived and they upgraded me to a junior suite - the staff were very pleasant. The rooms and suites were beautiful - great design, original use of space and superb location by the Duomo However, breakfast for 33€????? Needless to day, within 2 minutes... More

I was overall happy with my stay since the location was good and the staff were very helpful...Could've done with a bigger room though...Being very close to the duomo, right in front of a taxi stop and a metro is the best location one could want being central to everything
