The Minerva hotel is in a great location in the Navigli district of Milan, countless bars & restaurants line the canals. We were looking for a cheap place to stay in Milan and this was one of the cheapest we could find in this district. It was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful....however.... the room was tiny, as was the bathroom and could seriously do with redecorating as it looked more like a hostel room, but our bed clothes were changed daily and we got fresh towels each morning, as i said i cant complain but i would probably look for somewhere a bit nicer if i was to return. That said, if your just looking for somewhere to sleep thats cheap and central then the Minerva might just be the hotel for you. more
