I stayed there in late august with my spouse for two days. From the first time you step into the hotel - or into the glass elevator ;-) - you truly feel if you were at home. I was in Milan on business and stayed here for 2 nights last month. The location is superb: right in the heart of Milan, less than a minute's walk from the beautiful Duomo. The stay was an absolute disaster. It was strange being in a hotel pretending to have the highest security procedures (codes to enter the hotel and the rooms) and being STOLEN. We just returned from Milan and a 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We were treated like royalty. There is a lounge at the end of the hall where you can entertain friends, which in our case is what occurred. Friends met us and we returned to the hotel for canapes and drinks.
