At night you have to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to come and let you in, which on a few occasions took over 10 minutes. Not great when it's -12 outside in the winter! We've got corner double room on the 2d floor. It was rather big and comfortable. Private bathroom was good. Breakfast disappointed us a lot...nothing to eat at all.
