If I had not read the reviews I would have been a bit happier with this hotel. It is centrally located. Our room was solidly and expensively furnished. The bed and bedding were excellent. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was poor - completely tasteless. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and everything worked well. However I could not see... more

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while on our way to the Barolo area. The hotel is just beautiful. The rooms are large with exceptional views of the city. The bathrooms are again huge with gray marble throughout. The hotel has a nice "American Bar" with the one of the best selections in Europe. It is centrally located... more

Great location - just off main shopping street and still very quiet. I had a short afternoon sleep one day - not a sound from outside+heavy curtains - not a light. Superb views out of the windows. Nice helpful staff. Good equipment and A\C Gorgeous and convinient bathroom - with speakers from TV - you may listen to BBC\CNN news... more

Hotels in Italy, always a difficult subject. Either you pay through the roof and even then run the risk of uneven service and accommodations or you are more than not condemned to a a below the average experience when compared to most other countries of similar standing. Principi di Piemonte may be an exception. A beautiful 30s building in a... more

We had a lovely time here. It didn't start according to plan, we were taken to our room after being promised a view, it was OK but a bit dark and a lot of flat roof before the view started, then we noticed the bed wasn't made up. Back to reception, free drinks in the bar, abject apologies from the manager... more

This hotel is absolutely fabulous, and if you book one of their special offers the rooms become (just about) affordable. It's a real treat. We had a junior suite room for 4 nights for a long weekend. The staff and service is/are exceptional, just like you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. The room was large and beautifully furnished, with... more

Probably the best value for a room I've ever experienced in my life. A room like this in new york city would cost $1500 per night. We paid around $220 for our room... The room was amazing, beautifully decorated, spacious, incredible bathroom. Another nice touch was tiny little lights on the floor that led from the bed to the bathroom,... more

Very impressed with the hotel. On a quiet street off the Via Roma, but still in the heart of the action. Easy for tourists and business folks alike. The staff was incredibly kind and proactive. Rooms were well appointed and breakfast was fortifying. The hamam is a beautiful Roman mosaic bath/spa. We had a lot paparazzi outside the hotel on... more

We selected this hotel for a family meeting in Turin. The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious and well decorated with a personal touch. Especially we liked the bathrooms. The view of Torino is amazing (ask for an upper floor). The spa facility is a new one with a big jacuzzi pool and few saunas. The brakfast is very... more

We decided on a whim to head to Turin at the end of our honeymoon - very impressed! This hotel was just what we were looking for - fabulous food, excellent service, extraordinary rooms and within walking distance to the train station (Nuova) and all the shops and sites to see. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants... more
