We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious according to European standards. The air conditioning was working properly and there was not much noise coming up the street. There was one person at the reception who was speaking French and had useful suggestions. Main problem was the lack of / ineffective sound proofing in the room which backed onto a busy side street, and which also suffered from noise from the nearby stairwell and a large metal door opening and shutting. It's a great hotel, pretty close to Piazza Castelo (10 minutes walk) and train station (3 minutes walk), with all the shops also in the surroundings.
