I stayed there for two weeks as I was attending a UN training and the hotel was very good. The location is super and rooms are bit small but adequate for the price. So near to all historical areas, which are walking distance from the hotel and the breakfast buffet was very good. More

Stunning hotel in the middle of everything in Turin. Clean, comfortable with large, new rooms. In a fantastic yet unique old renewed building. Staff ready to help and willing to upgrade you if they can. Do not miss it. More

The location of the hotel is very convenient both for visiting the city as well as for joining it by car. Convenient is the secured parking garage, do state you need this as there are only a few spots for the hotel itself. The room and bathroom are well equiped and modern. Hotel staff was particularly friendly and accomodating especially... More

Over the years I tried several different hotels in Turin, none to my complete satisfaction. Now the NH Santo Stefano might be the right place, and I will certainly book there next time I have to go to Turin. Online reservation through the NH site was a pleasant surprise: no credit card was required if you guarantee your arrival by... More

Although wifi in the room was promised on the booking.com site, only wired internet was available. Useless when you travel with ipads. The free wifi in the lobby was slow and often erratic. The design of the hotel looked great but proved dysfunctional in practice. Airco on our top floor suite could not cope with the summer heat, with unacceptably... More

Stayed two nights while visiting friends. Very central and right near the market which is really good to visit. The room was clean the bed comfortable and the bathroom a good size. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning which did not work very well and was a bit noisy I was glad I had taken ear... More

After the old cramped hotels at the French Riviera this hotel was such a relief. It's a brand new hotel, very clean, located right in the city center across the street from the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist, where the Shroud of Turin is kept and steps away from excellent trattorias. Again, after the French Riviera where we paid... More

We had a promising start, very courteous check-in but it was all downhill from there. You have to remind them of the details they promise and ask them to give details otherwise it's a curt brush off. Every little bit of service also costs money, which is odd with such a large base price for the room it should be... More

I asked for an iron the hotel could not supply one. So the offered the housekeeping service as way to extort people's money. I wanted to have the shirt ready at 10:15 as I had to go to a meeting. I had to phone 3 times to have the shirt rushed the room. The shirt was returned really badly ironed... More
