This was an amazing stay. We had a front corner room and so had a full panoramic view of the mountains opposite and the valley below. It was so spectacular. yes, it really is at the top of a very steep 6 mile winding road - but keep going because it's great when you get there it's a little bit homely and rustic, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, no TV which makes a change, and the food is local and different, and the wines are excellent the views... more
