We found a good review about this farmhouse in the Italian TA page so we gave it a chance.
We stayed there only 2 days (came back yesterday!) but would have liked to stay more!
The farm is in a very pleasant position, just outside and above Merano surrounded by appletrees. We were given a room in the "mansarda" which was very clean and quite spacious. It has a small balcony with a lovely view on the valley.
The breakfast was delicious: homemade cake, jam butter and yogurt, freshly picked redberries and a choice of ham.
Mrs Verdorfer was very kind and gave us all the information we needed, including the address of a farmhouse restaurant where we ate some very nice typical Sudtirol food.
