No service-mindness, no smiling, no welcoming... Boarding food tasteless, very bad. Wrong informations in the hotelbook in the room about boarding food and transportation. Good: placed very central in Cervinia - the Champagnerie & the girl there excellent! If you want to stay close to the Cretaz lift this hotel is central.

It is a quite good hotel, but a little bit old and shabby. We have been here in augest, in milan it was too hot, but here very fresh and cold in the evening. Perfect for the relaxing summer. If you do not want to suffer from the crowd places-you should go to the mountains-much more better here!
