I stayed at this hotel during my skiing holidays and was positively suprized about the service and the food. Hotel has a small reception with all the keys hanging on the wall. This is a typical familyowned hotel and it really feels like You are part of the family. Skiroom was in the basement and hotel had a good lift... More

Skiing week in late March. Very small hotel on the main street. 100 m to lift, very central. Rooms normal for alpine village, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful family/staff. We were on half board, and the evening meals were adequate in the basement restaurant. Cervinia, Matterhorn and Zermatt skiing area is magnificent, one of the best in the... More

Close to the slopes and lifts and therefore good for skiers. Breakfast was plentiful with cereals, yoghurt, boiled eggs, bread rolls, cake etc. The room we had was excellent with plenty of storage space and a balcony that overlooked the street and received lots of sun until the sun set behind the mountains. The bathroom was also good with a... More

Very nice place within short walking distance to the lifts. The service is great. The family owning the place is really doing their best for you to feel comfortable. In our price we also had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. We had really good food including some local specialities. If there was a problem it was to have room... More

This is a family run business, but I felt the owners have developed a bit of a 'that will do' attitude. The decor is incredibly dated and fussy artifacts, like stuffed animals are everywhere. The shower was practically unusable. Due to low water pressure it was just dribbling - not OK when you return from a day skiing. Room was... More

Good basic hotel, warm, clean and comfortable. Only 7 bedrooms. Has own heated boot room which is locked at night. Plentiful continental buffet breakfast, though I would have liked more choice in cereal and some fruit (but supermarket closeby sold fruit anyway). Staff very friendly and helpful, happily served early breakfast on day of departure. Very close to piste and... More

Wonderful and friendly family-run hotel (and good restaurant downstairs).Excellent breakfast so long as you don't want a fry up.Opposite the Samovar tea rooms(try the sweet chestnut tart) ,good mini -market around the corner if you wish to avoid the often crowded supermarket.Loved the freedom of eating at a different restaurant each night. Our week's skiing was disrupted by strong winds... More

We stayed there for one week from Jan 18th 2009. Booked thru Crystal ski. A lovely small family run hotel. (Only 7 rooms!) Rooms are small but perfectly adequate, very cute and feels very homely. Decor good and very comfortable. Hotel is spotless and we had our room cleaned and bed made up every morning. Bath towels good size and hand... More

We stayed at the Meynet in Cervinia at the end of Jan and had a lovely time. The hotel is a small familly run hotel and is exactly what you need on a ski holiday. I think one of the previous reviews mentioned the lack of hot water, but there was certainly no lack of hot water when we stayed.... More
