We were looking forward to the staying at the Tibetan House and our email impressions of Luisa, the owner, were positive as she offered to pick us up at the train station and bring us to the B&B. Once we got to the Tibetan House we were pleased with the air conditioning in our rooms and the clean beds, bathroom etc. There is even a little fridge and a shared computer with internet. A common kitchen area is for all along with a small balcony - - all simple but nice. However, we felt at times like we were in a prison as there were 4 gates/doors to get in - outside gate, front door, floor door and room door. As time passed we found Luisa quite impolite and unfriendly. It was almost as if we were an inconveinance to her for being there. Overall very nice rooms, clean etc I am not sure I would stay there again as Luisa's attitude towards the end made us a little uncomfortable. Tibetan House has charm but owner could use some improvements. more
