Excellent small hotel in great location five minutes walk from ferry and Piazza San Marco. Room on front was fine with good facilities. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast Room small but adequate and food good quality and sufficient quantity. More provided if requested. Would definitely visit again as staff very friendly and helpful and facilities up to good standard.

Stayed two nights having been previously to Venice in the 5 star Europe and Regina hotel. The service was impeccable and very friendly. In terms of location, you couldn't get much better. Two minutes from St Marks Square. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast simple but nice. I would definitely return and use this hotel again.
