We have just returned from 2 nights at this wonderful hotel in Venice, and we already miss it, especially our Phillipine friend who brought us tea in the mornings with her big smile! We have been to Venice several times, and stayed in different hotels, but this is by far the best - in fact the attitude of all the staff reminded us of the Bulgari Hotel in Milano, which in our opinion is over the top! Everybody was so kind and helpfull, without being too much, so you felt almost at home. The position of the hotel is very good, close to Guggenheim and other interesting places, the room was wonderfull, and all the decor of the hotel was beautifull.Our room faced the courtyard, which we appreciated as we have tried to stay in a hotelroom in another hotel in Venice facing water, and there was so much noise in the mornings, but here everything was nice and quiet.
