A place that was far beyond expectations. Warm and very friendly people. It is well situated in the center of Venice, chose the option room plus kitchen and individual bathroom , the best option in my opinion, if you want to save some money and make occasionally food at home.

The place is very clean, new furnished, quiet, comfortable, away from crowds and in a very good location. Silvia and Piero are kind and willing to help you with directions and information. We strongly recomend it for couples.
