10 mins walk from st Marks Square. Friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Make sure you take a plug adaptor with two thin pins (not the more common thick 2 pin you buy for Europe in UK). Hotel has old type sockets. Best to take both.

The Kette Hotel is tucked away near the Fenice Theatre and just five minutes' walk from the wonderful St.Mark's Square. However we visited in Spring when apparently the hotels management had decided that it is too warm to heat & too cool still to have air-conditioning available too. So neither is turned on.
