Travelled with my wife, tried the b&b door no answer, there is no sign on the outside of the apartment showing youve found the right place! eventually tracked down the owner to a local cafe. where she can be found from 2pm. payment must be in cash, room was spacious and clean, slight smell...maybe due to all that water about!!... The B&B is located near restaurants and the room is pleasantly huge for a B&B. However, you can't use the kitchen except to boil water. Breakfast (simple pastries and coffee/tea/juice) was served at a nearby bar. My room comes with an attached bathroom and it's big too. Do note that the room will not be cleaned on a daily basis.... I'm very pleased with this hostel. Very clean, new furniture and facilities. Great location and atmosphere. Nice staff, they helped us a lot, because we arrived early than expected and left our luggage at a bar nearby, where was the breakfast every morning. Recommend to everybody who visits Venice

Brilliant location about 20 mtrs from the Grand Canal and 5 mins walk from the Rialto bridge. Very disappointed with the running of this place. We booked through laterooms, which stated that our check out time was 12.00. On arrival we were asked for immediate payment in cash, which meant we had to go to a nearby cash point.
