I reserved this hotel through Venere, got a great deal of about $75eu per night. The staff was very kind, the room I stayed in was very roomy. (the first one left of the hotel counter.) This was a nice hotel to stay. It was clean, comfortable and the continental breakfast was fulfilling. The area is beautiful and the walk to the water bus station is peaceful and nice. A bit far from the sites, but I would stay in this hotel if no others closer to St. Mark's Square was not available. more
