Excellent staff, helpful and polite. Room v clean and comfy. Quiet location but near enough to everything - just loved the prosecco bars. Good restaurant across the road doing proper food. beware the tourist menus in some places and ask for wine by the carafe - good quality and much cheaper. more

Paid £60 a night for a double, and you dont get much for that in Venice! Falier was spot on though, good location for price (within 15-20 min walk of St Marks Square - which is the furthest sight), clean rooms, and sufficient breakfast (toasts, jam, cereals, cold meat, fruit juices, tea etc.) included. Only downside was the size of... more

Not a luxurious hotel but a friendly hotel . Not a 5star hotel but a 2star, HOWEVER the falier was in the ideal spot for transport. The train, and the bus stations, were only a couple of hundred yards away, if that ! It was quiet and friendly and offered help when required. The hotel was spotless as were the... more

Great hotel and nice hotel but under no circumstance use the long distance service offered by the hotel. I was charged 100Euros for three long distance calls to Canada each uner one minute. more

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Room was unbelieveably clean! Spotless! that made up for the fact the room was a bit on the small side but i have stayed in smaller. Air conditioning was very good too, stayed on all night.. Modern room. Only drawback was the breakfast, not much choice and all the croissants had apricot... more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Venice. The woman who initially checked us in was pleasant and helpful, but the staff that were on the rest of the time during our visit were completely the opposite. They were so unfriendly and snobby that it was actually funny. There was one morning where I handed... more

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Venice this February. It was a very busy time as Venice Carnival was just about to start but we always felt welcomed in the hotel. Reception is very polite and considerate, breakfast quite nice - the lady even baked special fruit scones for the first... more

I was scared to stay at this hotel after reading the review from NortonNorthWest below. I am very picky about my accommodations, but I found my experience at Hotel Falier to be EXCELLENT. The property is lovely, the staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean. We loved the location of the hotel which is away... more

Anything I could possibly write is summed up in the title of the review! But..... the staff were indifferent bordering on rude, the room for want of a better description looked like it had been transplanted from a garden centre, shed, springs to mind! The breakfast could have been passable but the waitress left us in no doubt that we... more

I selected Hotel Falier based on reviews and did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to have stayed at this hidden gem. It is a small hotel about a seven to ten minute walk from Santa Lucia station. I suggest making your first stop at the tourist center. You can buy a tourist pack containing a map... more
