Excellent location, great service and value for money. Nicely decorated rooms and ideal for a short visit. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We travelled with our 4 year old son for 3 nights in Venice and booked comfort hotel Diana. I would stay there again and I would certainly recommend to friends.

The Hotel is perfectly located just behind piazza San Marco literally 50 metres from the square.the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .the rooms were a little on the small side but were neat enough and breakfast was more than adequate to start the day off.

The hotel can be difficult to find, especially in bad weath and without a prior warning that the street is really narrow. Stayed in a family room for the week leading up to Easter. Spotlessly clean. Staff all very pleasant but especially the lady who organised breakfast and the porter/chambermaid. It's ideally located close to Piazza San Marco, and Ponte Rialto is just a 10 minute walk. And so is the airport ferry boat pier. The hotel is meters aways from San Marco. You can visi the Cathedral several times (once is not enough), Walking distance for all major attractions..The rooms are neat and silent. Bath rooms are small. Breakfast is very good, continental standards. The staff is helpful and the hotel is surrounded by accesible restaurants. Caution, matress is hard.
