Contacted the hotel directly by 'e' mail reserved two rooms. The hotel takes a little spotting first time, but is just so close to St Marks square. The rooms are comfortable with newly renovated bathrooms. Our bathroom had a spacious double shower, which was such a plus. The check-in staff member was very friendly and helpful. We found this hotel excellent value. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything that a short sightseeing holiday requires. We shall be returning and will recommend the hotel to our friends more
