Great place with nice breakfast. Clean, comfy, nice & helpful staff. A little noisy at nights, too close to the busy street. To far to walk to the beach but easy to walk to the Vaporetto station. Lido is at least a half hour away from Venice train station on the Vaporetto. more

Very nice hotel, really. I've stayed here two years in a row. However, the manager seems to be running a small extortion scam. I stayed at this hotel in October, 2004. I paid 58 Euros per night using an Italian airline's website. The entire hotel is non-smoking as a result of local law.which is nice.
