Excellent location. Only 5-min walk to train station and 3-min walk to water bus station. The room looked a bit old but still clean. Booked a room with 4 bed. Vy spacious but the floor not so clean. Hotel seems like no lift. Lucky our room is on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was normal nothing great. Beside the hotel got a chinese restrant...food is nice. Hotel is 3min walk from train station. 7min Walk from bus station. 30min boat ride to st mark sq.

Average hotel, good value for money, decent location. The rooms were small but clean. It's on a quiet side street so there's little noise at night. Breakfast could be better and room decor etc. had room for improvement but overall it's a good choice for budget travellers.

We stayed at this hotel for 3nights during our stay in Venice. This was during carnival so the prices were higher then usual everywhere, I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget. Very close to the train station literally round the corner, at least train noise is not an issue.
