Very close to the station so dragging your luggage reduces; but the reception is on the first floor & the room could be on the second floor (no lift). That is the minus point. As you enter Venice, the hotel is just 3 minutes by walk. The hotel is just in the beginning of the town. Very cousy, excellent location, great staff, reasonable rate. This place made our stay in Venice really comfortable.
