Is much more economic comparing with hotels inside Venice and excelent if you are travelling by car. You can leave your car parked in the Hotel for free and take the train or bus to visit Venice. Bedrooms are clean and the breakfast provides the essencial. Surrondings are not nice but proved to be a quiet place to stay.

This hotel is well-situated for visiting Venice, right on a bus route (no buses on Sunday though), and fairly close to the railroad station (not walking distance for seniors). We stayed for two nights, and we are completely satisfied. Simple, new, clean and has everything one could need. Breakfast is simple. The only negative thing, the wifi is only in reception area.
