This well-run, carefully modernised small hotel provided all we needed (we took our own kettle!). It is conveniently situated for Rialto and San Marco (just 10 minutes either way) and plenty of bars and restaurants close by - and even a supermarket (the Co-Op English Breakfast teabags are fine).
