This is just outside of main Venice and you need to cross the bridge to go to the main Venice area. There is very good direction given on the website that takes easily to the lodge. This is my first trip to Italy, and at the end of my trip. The food and room/plumbing were fine, just fine. The windows need screens if you are sleeping with them opened at night. I was truly happy here and would come again. Staff friendly, most spoke some English. Breakfast and cappichino were great.
