Modern and well finished rooms - with impressive entrance let down by a busy and cluttered lobby area. However, bedrooms are often small - but are cosy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rather disappointing. Location is good - just off a shopping drag for Venetians with nice local restaurants, and near a good vaporetto. more
