I splurged a bit on this hotel for a friend and myself. Ca del Brocchi is in a quiet, clean neighbourhood with real Venetians living in the vicinity. Easy walking distance from the Accademia Bridge vaporetto stop (note: I had a backpack - the walk with its many stairs and bridges might not seem so easy if you are lugging... More

Hello to all, I was in July 2011, only for two days, but it was 2 days of dream. It was fantastic!!!The rooms are furnished in typical Venetian style. It's very quiet and peacefull place. The staff are great, helpful and kind. Finally, I liked it so much. If I'm fortunate enough to get back to Venice I will stay at Locanda Ca'... More

Locanda Ca' del Brocchi is a small Venice hotel – well situated in a quiet but very pleasant area of the city, but very close to the Grand Canal and major attractions. It is within walking distance of Zetere and a number of good restaurants. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. The hotel serves an adequate breakfast included in... More

We stayed one night after a cruise to savour Venice one more day before our flight home. We booked three rooms and all were very comfortable, quiet and did our job. Staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful, printing our boarding passes for us and providing a basic continental breakfast. One problem! We found this hotel quite hard to find... More

The Inn was just as described on the website. We had a lovely room with a balcony. It is a great location, although it is a bit of a walk from the vaparetto stop at Accademia, especially if you are carrying luggage. The vaparetto ride is only about 20 minutes maximum from the train station, and it is quite an... More

We stayed there for two nichts in August. We received a room upgrade without asking. The room was in a very good condition, really nice and belle-epoque style furniture with gold emblems... . I usually don't like this, but it fits perfectly to Venice! Despite the old furniture, the bed and mattress were perfectly new and clean. Also bathroom was... More

After reading countless reviews for hotels in Venice we hoped that this would be a great hotel for us and it was really nice. It is a complicated walk from the Accademia stop on the Water Shuttles but, because of some great directions given by a previous visitor it was easier to find. Hotel is small and charming but, the... We recently spent 4 nights at Locanda Ca'del Brocchi and we just loved this small and quiet B&B. It is conveniently located and it is a great choice if you are driving to Venice, since the main car park "Tronchetto" is only a few boat stops away. The rooms are large by Venetian standards and well equipped. All major locations... More

While we agree with previous reviewers that the hotel was initially hard to find, we had no trouble after asking people along the way for directions. We found the area perfectly safe whether early in the morning or late in the evening. When booking, I had asked for sleeping arrangements for 3. We were completely surprised with what was offered....
