Fabulous stay in a well located boutique hotel. The staff were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well as useful tips for our stay. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit. The entrance is cramped but that is a minor irritation.

This place is on an alright portion of the canal, and conveniently located. However, that is where the positives end. I don't find anything to be "charming" about the property. This small but very stylish hotel is a very nice place to stay for a wonderful week in Venice. Every must-be places are within walking distance but you are not in a too touristy place. The room is very cosy and the staff is very welcoming and willing to help you have a wonderful time in Venice.
