This is basically a dark, small, mildly comfortable budget hotel... Marketed and sold as a palace ! Paid a whopping 175 euros / night for a tiny room, a ridiculous bathroom, mediocre breakfast, pretty much no service and limited access to WiFi. Wouldn't recommend. At all.

We recently stayed one night in this establisment. The pros are; economical, clean, nice breakfasts, quiet at night. The cons; it is a bit of maze in there so pay attention when they walk you to your room, no wi-fi, better for short stays.

Super close to St. Lucia train station, good for tourists arriving Venezia by train and saves all the hassel of strolling your luggages through staircases or on and off the water bus. I stayed here for three nights and it was great value. The staff aren't the most friendliest but they were pleasant. Our room was a fair size for four of us. Breakfast was good and had enough of a mixture to satisfy all needs. The location is perfect.

Rooms were clean but small. The room was really far back at the back of the hotel, there are lots of corridors to travel through, stairs etc. to get to the rooms. Breakfast was ok. Cant fault hotel for the money we paid, brilliant location , on a great busy street( no noise for room) staff friendly and efficient. 2 mins from train station, 2 mins from water bus airport drop off, found hotel without map.15 mins from Rialto bridge ( if u don't get lost haha) Would happily stay there again !!!!
