We booked this hotel thru booking.com and confirmed in January 2013. On arrival at the hotel in Venice, we were told by the receptionist that the room is not available, though confirmed earlier. He gave us a flimsy excuse and "shipped" us to a next door hotel. We were very upset by this, to say the least.

Absolutely helpful crew, very nice atmosphere and interior style, the location is perfect (5 mins from the railway station, easy to get in the city). The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, from the top floor we had a nice view to the harbor and the sunset.

everything was very clean complete breakfast, and you can take whatever you want to. the showers were in excellent conditions. the personal of the hotel were very kind and helpful. the location is excellent. the only bad thing, it can be the large double bed that in fact was two bed joined.
