Got back today. I would highly reccomend this hotel. The location is perfect. It's away from the touristy hotels so slightly cheaper but only takes 5mins to walk to the Rialto Bridge and probably 15mins to St Mark's Square. Really quick easy access from the water bus. We got off the bus and walked in a straight line, couldn't have... more

My son and I stayed at this hotel in mid September. The hotel is beautiful. Just off the main road which for a busy tourist city like Venice it's a blessing. First of all our accomodations were sent to the hotel wrong by Hotwire, I booked for 1 adult and 1 child (under 18), but the hotel received reservations for... more

Walkable from train station, but learn the numbering system! Keep bathroom door shut at all times for nicer smelling room (common problem in Venice). If you open the windows the a.c. will automatically and sensibly shut off. This hotel felt "homey" and I liked it because it was just so very nice to be off the beaten track. Venice crowds... more

I enjoyed myself very much at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and spacious. I couldn't ask for anything more. They also have their own taxi that'll pick you up from train station. Great hotel, will stay there again more

When we stayed there we paid extra for a canal view and the canal was being dredged with pumps running day and night. We slept with the shutters closed to eliminate some of the noise, and couldn't get the air-conditioner to work. Teh hotel desk informed us we didn't have the shutter closed properly, but never offfered assistance. My son... more

The hotel is very reasonably priced, yet clean and with helpful and friendly staff. We had some difficulty finding it (but that's true of most hotels in Venice). Breakfast buffet is basic but perfectly acceptable and the coffee is very good. Nice and quiet at night. Only a short walk to a busy shopping area and a selection of cafes,... more

Really nice hotel in the north part of venice on the main island, A litte away from the "turist motorways" which we like the most. The room very clean and we staff were very friendly. The prices for dinks and internet are very faire. This is a good spot if you want to exploring the local sites and places to... more

Considering the price, I wasn't expecting luxury, but the room was hideous, tiny, and it stank. The manager was incredibly rude. more

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in June 2008. Booked it thru Expedia. Our stay was adequate, the hotel is clean, very basic, and sort of small. The room they showed us when we arrived was very small, they changed it despite the fact that it was peak season. The location is... more
