All the reviews recommending this B&B are fully justified. It is in a great location, close to San Marco and vaporetto stops. We were very impressed with this B&B, the directions to walk there were clear, the room was large, clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and very welcome air conditioning. Having checked tripadvisor before booking I can say that the reviews were fully justified in recommending this place. The rooms were large, warm and comfortable with great views of the canal. Before I pressed the buzzer I was enchanted by the location by a little bridge over to La Fenice Theatre. I felt immediately welcome and was pleasantly suprised by a lovely room you could almsot dance in. The view is enchanting and the room is full of light.
