This B&B has a lovely location: walking distance from both railway station and San Marco (15 minutes), near the vaporetto stop San Silvestro, two minutes by foot from Rialto, in a very quiet calle. Some rooms have a view on the garden, others have windows on a small canale (you can see a gondola from time to time). There's a... more

I was expecting the Corte 1321 to be the most charming of the 4 hotels that I booked for my trip to Italy this May, but it ended up being the worst. The reasons for the dramatic difference between my expectations and what I experienced were twofold. First, the photos on the website make every room appear charming and designed... more

As always guests comments are important in running any kind of hospitality establishment. So in this I would like to thank the writer for his/her critiques. We will take them into consideration and perhaps use them to make changes in how we operate. We at Corte1321 have always tried to maintain good relations with all of our guests and do...

Pros: Big room Big bathroom Nice breakfast Bottomless coffee Wi-fi Very nice and knowledgeable staff Plush towels Kleenexes provided. Cons: The a/c didn't work that great. The room was a little warm and stuffy. The wi-fi kept booting us off and we had to constantly type in the password. Also, wi-fi only worked in the hallway or at breakfast. Pricey.... more

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in Venice for my sister in-law's wedding. We stayed at the Corte 1321 and were very pleased with our choice. The room was large with 2 bathrooms. It overlooks the courtyard which is filled with a number of attractive trees, plants and flowers. Breakfast is taken in the courtyard and is... more

We haven’t stayed in venice before so it’s hard to say for sure how far your money goes. I decided I’d like to be absolutely sure I was going to be staying some place very nice, with an upscale feeling and neighborhood atmosphere. So, in my opinion and experience, this is a 4 star B&B! It’s right off a vaporetto... more

We loved this B&B in San Polo, very easy to find from San Silvestro, just one stop past the Rialto Bridge. Our hosts where gracious and friendly and even helped us find a laundrette. Our room was spacious, lovely bathroom, all very clean and the outlook was over their own private courtyard, which guests are welcome to use. This B&B... more

This is a lovely B&B in a great location. The room we had was spacious and spotlessly clean. There's a delightful courtyard outside that would be great in the summer. The only thing that stopped this being a 5 star review was a slightly underpar breakfast. more

Not the easiest place to find, but that was almost part of the fun of the weekend. Close to water bus stop at San Silvestro. Then a few twists and turns through narrow alleyways before emerging into a small square, then another little alleyway to discover it tucked away down yet another little alley. It proved to be a very... more

Corte 1321 is a wonderful oasis amidst bustling Venice. Down a little alleyway, through an ancient wooden door, you enter a magical courtyard. We stayed in the garden room which opens directly onto the courtyard. The room is large, very clean and comfortable, fully equipped and tastefully furnished, with air conditioning and a small kitchen area and shower room. You... more
