“Terrible Hotel....”

We paid for 3 nights and were given very small room close to breakfast room - we could not sleep from 6 a.m. because of noisy stuff, making and serving breakfast - there is paper malls in the hotel!!!!!! “May not look like much, but it's great!”

Very pleasant accommodation. We flew in to Marco Polo airport and caught the water bus to Arsenale... Then Hotel is only a short walk from there. Just remember the street number. We were very pleasantly surprised for the money we had spent. Ideal as when out and about there was no problem with finding it!!! Staff very friendly and accommodating.... More

Not too far from the Arsanale bus stop, this hotel is situated in a location not too far from the major tourist site- st. Marks square. “Elvis!!”

Very nice hotel. Great place, great view, he stay on the elvis room on tbe 3th floor and he loved the room. The only problem is the noise made by the cafe machime on the breafasth roon on the same floor... The entry of the hotel is very discret but everything is very nice.

We are very happy with our stay in this hotel/residence. Convinient location near to the centre, good night slleep, pleasant breakfast and VERY helpful and friendly personnel. Wery good view to St.Marc Basin from the rooms, boat-station right beneath but it is not disturbing if you close the window. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel for your stay!

“Great location, great atmosphere!!”

Wonderful small hotel with a great view of the Grand Canal and the Guidecca, short walk from Piazza San Marco. Calm and peaceful in this great city. Spacious and very Venetian rooms, small but cozy breakfastroom. Recommended !!
