Collected from Airport on 30 min cycle for minibus from Hotel 2minute the driver said , and 2 mins later we were there. Great welcome by reception staff. Booking in took seconds. Booked this hotel directly through Marriott's webiste. Standard Courtyard hotel, nothing special. 111 Euros for one night. Sounded like a good deal since it included free airport shuttle and breakfast. Wrong. When we went to check out they charged us 137 Euros. Just spent one night here in March 2009. We had a 6:30am flight out of VCE, and we're glad we stayed here. Take the 20 min. bus ride from Venice and have the driver drop you off right in front of the hotel. The airport is a few hundred yards from the hotel, you could walk it if you needed... more
