Very hard to find if you follow hotels instructions. rooms clean and good size but shabby and in need of a paint. No hot water, hotel staff rude and hostile when i complained about the lack of hot water. Breakfast ok but nothing special. We booked at short notice and were very pleased to find we had been upgraded to a spacious platinum room. The hotel is placed very well for the central sites, but also for the more interesting bars and restaurants on Dorsoduro and Cannareggio. Service was polite and friendly, and the room well appointed and clean. Very good value. more

My husband booked this hotel to celebrate a special birthday for myself as a surprise birthday present. Arrived early evening to find that the hotel had overbooked and we were moved to an adjacent hotel for the first night.
