Nice Hotel in the Ibis range , I think from memory it was built in 1990 and most of the rooms are going through renovation when I was there in March 2009. I got an updated room which was well appointed all new and plenty of room to set up my computer. The rooms look out to an industrial site... more
What can I say, had I read the previous reviews then i wouldn't have picked it....our first room which was taken on the promise it had a bath, was one of the 'new' rooms..... ie recently refurbed. Driving between Venice and Como, we wanted somewhere cheap to break up the trip and to see a bit of Verona. The Ibis was situated right off the Autostrada (motorway) which was convenient for us, and about a 10-15min drive into the city itself. There was plenty of free parking which was also very handy. Our extended stay was cut short because of a critical need. We confirmed that the hotel had "free" wi-fi. Turns out that free meant no charge from the hotel, not the provider.
