stayed here two nights/nice room and bathroom..ac leaked when turned at low temp. The most annoying thing was that both mornings we were asleep and someone (staff) knocked on our door before 8am. I stayed here as a member of a group seeing Verona and visiting the opera festival. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. I can only imagine that the person who wrote the review about the noise must have had his/her windows open. We have a 2 yr old son and are always conscious of noise, but the San Luca has two sets of windows with roll-down blinds in between, and with all three layers closed, no light or noise enter the room.... more
