Walked into the hotel foyer and got the "wow" factor! Checked in by very plesant staff and made it to our room. It was a very large room, including the bathroom. Amazing luxury business hotel. When there are no conferences, the rooms are discounted. 15 minute walk to city central. It is walking distance from train station. The tricky part is to cross the road beforehand near the station or else you will have to come back all the way as there are no pedestrian crossing near the hotel to cross... more

I have just returned from Italy where I had a wonderful time. The only bad experience was in this shabby run down establishment. It was horrible! The air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel, and when I complained, the staff tried to make me believe that it was working. I was awaiting my return to warn all future guests.... more
