The hotel is in a central location. Both outside and inside is nice and beautiful. My room was small but nice. I liked the bathroom, equipped with every comfort, with a large shower in sight. Also good breakfast with lots of fruit.

The room is a bit claustrophobic...very small and the window is so high up that you can't see out. Feels like u are In a basement. The staff at the hotel were very helpful n extremely nice. My main problem with the hotel is the room.

Very centrally located,so a great base to which you can return as many times a day as you want while you discover Verona. Rooms vary enormously and ours looked a bit ordinary compared to some shown on the website. In fact, our only windows started around 6ft above the floor, so the only view was of the pigeons' bottoms perched... More

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with restaurant bookings and train times. Only gripes were that there were no ironing boards / irons - all ironing had to be done by the staff for a fee and there water was not provided as part of the turn down service.

Overpriced and stuffy. Fine stay, but nothing extraordinary for the price. Staff not very helpful (with places to eat) or welcoming.
